<strong>\u6f84\u6e05\u8d44\u683c\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u8bc1\u636e\u6807\u51c6\u53ca\u5ba1\u7406\u539f\u5219<\/strong>\uff0c\u5e76\u7edf\u4e00 USCIS \u5728 VAWA <\/strong><strong>\u81ea\u8bf7\u79fb\u6c11\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u80cc\u666f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e VAWA\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4eba\u58eb <strong>\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u8d44\u683c<\/strong> \u76f4\u63a5\u5411 USCIS \u81ea\u884c\u9012\u4ea4\u79fb\u6c11\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u9700\u4f9d\u8d56\u65bd\u66b4\u8005\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4e0e <\/strong><strong>\u7684\u88c1\u91cf\u6743<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6839\u636e\u300a\u79fb\u6c11\u4e0e\u56fd\u7c4d\u6cd5\u300b\uff08INA\uff09204(a)(1)(J) \u53ca 8 CFR 103.2(b)(2)(iii)\uff0c<br \/>\n<strong>\u8bc1\u636e\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4fe1\u3001\u6743\u91cd\u5982\u4f55\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u7531 USCIS <\/strong><strong>\u88c1\u91cf\u51b3\u5b9a<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u56db\u3001\u5bf9\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5f71\u54cd\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5b9e\u8d28\u6027\u53d8\u5316<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> \u201c<\/strong><strong>\u5584\u610f\u5a5a\u59fb\u201d<\/strong><strong>\uff08Good Faith Marriage<\/strong><strong>\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u66f4\u660e\u786e<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>VAWA \u914d\u5076\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u5a5a\u59fb\u7cfb <strong>\u51fa\u4e8e\u771f\u5b9e\u76ee\u7684\u800c\u975e\u79fb\u6c11\u5229\u76ca<\/strong>\uff0c\u9700\u63d0\u4ea4\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5408\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7ed3\u5a5a\u8bc1<\/li>\n<li>\u4e4b\u524d\u6240\u6709\u5a5a\u59fb\u5408\u6cd5\u7ec8\u6b62\u7684\u8bc1\u660e<\/li>\n<li>\u8bc1\u660e\u5a5a\u59fb\u771f\u5b9e\u6027\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\uff08\u5171\u540c\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u8d22\u52a1\u5f80\u6765\u7b49\uff09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol
